The Diploma of Hospitality was introduced to Shafston in June 2006 with two new teaching kitchens purpose built for our diploma in hospitality. The state of the art teaching kitchens used for the cookery component of our diploma in hospitality management use the latest technology so that students can easily see and experience the cooking lesson.
