Q. How/where can I print?
A. All students can print from the computers in the Library study area. Simply click print on any document/web page and it will automatically send through to the computer/printer inside the Library.

Q. Is there anywhere I can scan a document?
A. Yes, ELICOS reception is always happy to scan documents and sent them to students email addresses.

Q. Where can I buy a GO card?
A. GO Cards can be purchased Online, at any Newsagency, 7/11 and some selected petrol stations. For more information please visit, TranksLink for more information.

Q. Do I get concession discount?
A. Yes, all student ID cards featuring the 'QR' logo are entitled to a discount while traveling on public transport. If your student ID card does not feature the 'QR' logo, please see reception to order a new student ID card.

Q. Where and How can I change my class?

A. To change your class, visit ELICOS reception and fill out a class change form. Orange for Afternoon Electives, Pink for Focus Class and Blue for Return to General English. Alternatively you can speak to the academic counsellors.

Q. Can I Request a holiday and for how long?
A. Yes, all students are able to apply for holidays. Holidays can be for as long as needed ONLY if it does not clash with their next enrolment, their attendance is above 80% or will extend their course over their visa expiry date.
